NIKKI VON RUDEN
Nikki is an Associate Broker experienced in both residential and commercial real estate. She’s recognized in the industry as a fierce negotiator in protecting the interest of her clients. In her continuous search of knowledge, Nikki has earned certifications as an: ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) and is a Graduate of the prestigious Real Estate Institute (GRI). Her credentials and sales volume speak for themselves, but the personal interest she takes in seeing that each client achieves their real estate dream is what sets her apart from her peers.
DAVID SEAL
David became a REALTOR following a successful career as an air traffic controller beginning in the Marine Corps, then to the Department of Defense where as a civilian he managed multiple award winning organizations before retiring. Real estate became the perfect next chapter, providing a platform to combine his organizational skills and desire to help people. He quickly became successful as a buyer and seller representative, while continuing his real estate education by obtaining certifications as an: ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) and is a Graduate of the prestigious Real Estate Institute (GRI).
In 2017, the formation of Von Ruden and Seal made perfect sense for Nikki and David, who’d been family friends for years. Their partnership began with one primary focus….to provide an unmatched 1st Class customer service experience to each and every client. An experience that begins at the first meeting, and lasts long past the closing table, and where success is measured by the satisfaction of their clients.
